It is primarily meant for organisations working in the development sector i.e. NGOs, philanthropies, Corporate Social Responsibility divisions of companies, Govt. Ministries, agencies and departments working in the development sector and other organisations working in the development sector.It provides a platform to:

organisations working in the development sector to publish their tenders in a simple and easy manner;

suppliers of goods and services, whether firms or individuals, to access tenders in a simple and user-friendly manner; and

access procurement and contract management related technical assistance.
